With over 18 years of experience as a clinical hypnotherapist, I offer a level of care that is both deeply compassionate and grounded in ongoing professional development. My practice is based within a respected medical centre, ensuring close integration with mainstream healthcare. In addition to my therapeutic work, I serve as a supervisor, training analyst, and instructor, supporting both new and established practitioners to achieve the highest standards in the field.

My qualifications include advanced certification in clinical hypnotherapy, ongoing supervision training, and specialist expertise in anxiety, trauma, weight management IBS PainManagement and much more. Over nearly two decades, I have helped hundreds of clients achieve profound and lasting change, using evidence-based, personalised hypnotic techniques in a safe and supportive environment.
